I'm writing to you in regards to Mark Beckenbach @ 2210 Ocean Walk Dr. W.
Atlantic Beach, FL 32233. We have the pleasure of doing a small decorative koi
pond in his backyard. The pond is less than 2 feet deep and does not require at
permit.
We have gotten approval from the City of Atlantic Beach to proceed with our
project as stated below:
