LETTER OF PERMIT MODIFICATION
Aurora Custom Homes, Inc. is hereby removing the wording of the 49'Oak Tree removal from our current Tree&
Vegetation Removal Permit#[2-00100025,as previously issued by the City of Atlantic Beach.as it pertains to
Aurora Custom Homes, Inc.building permit application#I2-00000184.
The owner of 71 Coral Street, Atlantic Beach 32233,Dr. Steven Josephson will be submitting a new Tree&
Vegetation Removal permit application for the above listed 49"Oak tree, This new Tree Removal Permit will
mirror the previous application and require the same degree of Tree Mitigation as indicated by the City of Atlantic
Beach. Furthermore.the above referenced tree is still scheduled to be removed and subsequently mitigated as per
the City's previously stated mitigation requires.as listed on application#12-00100025.
This transfer of tree removal scope from Aurora's permit to Dr.Josephson has been discussed and approved by the
City of Atlantic Beach, We arc attaching this letter with the new Tree&Vegetation Removal Permit Application as
requested by the City's Planning and Zoning manager Erika Hall and the City Building Department.
