Parking at City Hall; Russell Pazk has received a large amount of use by the public on many
evenings and weekends throughout the yeaz. On many occasions, the pazking lot between City.
Hall and Russell Park is completely full with the overflow parking along the sides of Seminole
Road, Plaza Drive and along grassed areas of the pazk. There have been several occasions where
the public has had a difficult time finding pazking spaces to attend City Commission meetings.
There are several people who utilize this pazking lot for non-City purposes during nights and
weekends. One or more workers from a local utility leave their service trucks in the lot
overnight and neighborhood residents have occasionally pazked their cars in the City Hall lot.
Should the City Commission adopt an ordinance prohibiting overnight pazking in the City HaIU
Russell Park pazking lot for non-City or employee vehicles?
