a. ZVAR-2011-01, Donald and Karen Wolfson.– Request for a Variance from Sec. 24-
106(e) (2) to reduce the required 20(twenty (20) foot rear yard setback to seven (7) feet to
allow for the construction of residential structure on a non conforming lot of record lot at 1725
Beach Avenue.
