Dear Mr. Fair:
This letter serves as confirmation that the cost for connection to City sewer service and
abandonment of the septic tank for the Doris Ribbon residence located at 340 West 14th Street will
be reimbursed to F.W. Fair Plumbing Company in the amount in the amount of$2,988.00 through
the City's Community Development Block Grant program. Please contact Mrs. Ribbon and her
daughter,Jane Hammock(994-8689)to coordinate on the work schedule.
Once the work is permitted, completed and inspected, please submit the enclosed form to the
City's Utility Department so that payment can be processed. And feel free to call me at 247-5826
