Review of draft elements for proposed revisions to the Evaluation and Appraisal Report on the adopted Comprehensive Plan.
Other reports or business not requiring action.
Discussion to consider revisions to Chapter 24, which would create new Commercial Corridor standards that would apply to Commercial Zoning Districts along portions of Atlantic Boulevard
and Mayport Road.
Discussion of other revisions to Chapter 24, Zoning, Subdivision and Land Development Regulations.
Confirmation of quorum and member attendance for December 17th meeting.
