Plat-2002-02, Beaches Habitat. Request to consider a preliminary plat of a four (4) lot subdivision for previously un-platted property located on the north side of Cornell Lane, east
of Mayport Road and to be known as Cornell One subdivision.
Review and recommendation to City Commission of revisions to Chapter 24, which would create new Commercial Corridor standards that would apply to Commercial Zoning Districts along portions
of Atlantic Boulevard and Mayport Road.
Review of draft elements for proposed revisions to the Evaluation and Appraisal Report on the adopted Comprehensive Plan.
