ZVAR-2004-08, Beno. Request for Variance to reduce the required 15-foot side setback (on the 10th Street side) on a Corner Lot to 10-feet to allow for the expansion and the enclosure
of an existing carport on a lot within the RS-2 Zoning District and located at 986 East Coast Drive.
b. UBE-2004-01, Joseph’s Pizza. Request for a Use-by-Exception, seeking a recommendation of approval for On-Premise Consumption, limited to beer and wine only in association with a restaurant
to be located within the Central Business District at 30 Ocean Boulevard.
