a. ZVAR-2005-01, Richard Gearhard. Request for a Variance to reduce the required rear yard setback from 20-feet to 15-feet to allow for the construction of an enclosed sun-room addition
on the rear of the existing residence for property within the RS-1 Zoning District and located at 785 Redfin Drive.
Other business not requiring action.
