Approval of Minutes of the meeting of August 16, 2005.
Recognition of Visitors.

New Business.
UBE-2005-08, Mitchell. Public hearing to consider a request for a Use-by-Exception (recommendation to the City Commission) to allow for the sale of used automobiles for property within
the Commercial General (CG) Zoning District and located at 1850 Mayport Road.
Other business not requiring action. Reminder; the October meeting of the Community Development Board has been rescheduled for Wednesday, October 19th at 7:00 p.m. as the Commission
Chambers may be in use by the Supervisor of Elections.
