Approval of Minutes from the regular meeting of November 15, 2005. Recognition of Visitors. Old Business. None. New Business. Review and recommendation to the City Commission related to proposed revisions to the Land Development Regulations (Chapter 24 of the Code of Ordinance for the City of Atlantic Beach) related to: 1) Establishment of a new Single-family Residential Zoning District, to be known as Residential, Single-family, Large Lot (RS-L). (See enclosed General Location Map.) Amend to Section 24-189, eliminating the administrative approval of certain two-lot property divisions to require Commission review and approval of such requests (Proposed pursuant to direction from City Commission at the December 12th Commission meeting.) Amend Section 24-17, definition of Impervious Surface, to address swimming pools and the use of brick pavers. b. UBE-2006-01. Request from DRMP, Inc. on behalf of Dunkin Brands, Inc. for a Use-by-Exception to allow drive-through service for a new Dunkin’ Donuts restaurant to be located at 719 Atlantic Boulevard (at the northwest corner of Sailfish Drive and Atlantic Boulevard.) Adjournment.
