Call to order and pledge of allegiance.
Approval of Minutes from the regular meeting of January 17, 2006.
Recognition of Visitors.
Old Business. None.
New Business.
UBE-2006-02. Request from Tropic Heating and Air, Inc. for a Use-by-Exception to allow a heating and air conditioning contractor (with no outside storage) to be located within the Commercial
General (CG) Zoning District at a developed site located at 750 Mayport Road.
Recommendation to the City Commission related to the designation of a new Zoning District, Residential, Large Lot (RS-L) establishing boundaries of the new District on the City of Atlantic
Beach Zoning Map.
Notice of next workshops to discuss and seek further input from the Community Development Board and residents in response to recommendations prepared by the City’s consultants, Winter
& Company, related to draft Residential Development Standards. A joint workshop with the City Commission, the Community Development Board, and the consultant is scheduled for Monday,
April 10th, 5:00-7:00 p.m. A public participation workshop will be held the following evening on Tuesday, April 11th from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Both meetings will be held in the Commission
Chambers at 800 Seminole Road.
