a. REZ-2007-01, Selva Preserve, LLC. Public hearing by the Community Development Board
to consider and make a recommendation to the City Commission related to a request to rezone
approximately 7.25 acres of property from Conservation (CON) to Residential, Single-family
(RS-1) to permit a maximum of sixteen (16) single-family residential lots with associated
roadway, drainage, buffers and conservation area for property located North of 11th Street and
east of Linkside Drive.
