Approval of minutes of the March 15th meeting.
Recognition of Visitors.
Old Business. Update on appeal of variance denial. TheWolfsons have asked that their appeal be considered at the May 9th meeting of the City Commission.
New Business.
Requested Action: bZVAR-2011-02, Lewis. Request for a Variance from Sec. 24-1151(b) (1) to allow an existing outdoor shower enclosure to be replaced at a distance of less than three
(3) feet from the side property line on an ocean front lot at 2215 Alicia Lane in Tiffany by the Sea.
Other business not requiring action.
