BEACH CODE, CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS
PROHIBITED, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

TSE CITY OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA:
SE('TION is Sec. 2-2 of the Code of Ofd{nances of the City of Atlantic Beach, Florida, is
hereby atru'rtded to triad as ibIlows:
"sec. 2-2. Charitable eorttrlbutlotts prohibited.
The Ciry shall not contribute dty funds to any charitable, nonprofit, or
