violation of the City of Atlantic Beach Code of Ordinances:
ACTION REQUIRED WITHIN five (5) DAYS OF THE RECEIPT OF THIS NOTICE: Remove all items being stored
outside on either side of the building labeled as 1800 Mayport Road including sports vehicle, lawn mower,
tires and all other items.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. Failure to correct the violation(s) by the required date may
result in this case being referred to the Code Enforcement Board resulting in fines up to two-hundred fifty
($250.00) per day. Upon completion of action required it is your responsibility to contact me and arrange for
