violation of the City of Atlantic Beach Code of Ordinances:
1. Nuisance-Junk Veh Junk-Sec. 12-1 Nuisances(b) It is hereby declared to be a nuisance, the enumerations of
which are merely indications of the nature and type of acts, occurrences and conditions, and shall not be
deemed to be exclusive. (7) For any person, either as the owner or occupant of a building,structure, or
property to utilize the premises for the open storage of any abandoned or inoperable motor vehicle,
refrigerators or other appliance, household furniture, glass, building material, building rubbish or similar items.
ACTION REQUIRED WITHIN five (5) DAYS OF THE RECEIPT OF THIS NOTICE: Please repair or remove the
inoperable blue Isuzu pick up truck located in the driveway in front of your home.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. Failure to correct the violation(s) by the required date may
result in this case being referred to the Code Enforcement Board resulting in fines up to two-hundred fifty
($250.00) per day. Upon completion of action required it is your responsibility to contact me and arrange for
an inspection to verify compliance. If you have any questions contact Code Enforcement at 904-247-5855.
