Please be advised, Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found your property referenced above to be in
violation of the City of Atlantic Beach Code of Ordinances:
1. Premises Identification- IPMC Sec. 304.3 Premises identification. Buildings shall have approved address
numbers placed in a position to be plainly legible and visible from the street or road fronting the property.
These numbers shall contrast with their background. Address numbers shall be Arabic numerals or alphabet
letters. Numbers shall be a minimum of 4 inches(102 mm)in height with a minimum stroke width of 0.5 inch
(12.7 mm)
ACTION REQUIRED WITHIN five (5) DAYS OF THE RECEIPT OF THIS NOTICE: Please install house numbers so
that they are visible from the street.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. Failure to correct the violation(s) by the required date may
result in this case being referred to the Code Enforcement Board resulting in fines up to two-hundred fifty
($250.00) per day. Upon completion of action required it is your responsibility to contact me and arrange for
