NATURE OF VIOLATION: A U-Haul truck is regularly parked in the grass next to the parking lot on the North side of the property just outside of the gate. This letter requests that the noted violation(s) be corrected by refraining from parking any trucks in the grassy area. Trucks must be parked on a stabilized surface within five (5) days of the receipt of this notice. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. Failure to correct the violation by the required date may result in this case being referred to the Code Enforcement Board resulting in fines up to two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) per day.
