Dear Property Owner:
Please be advised, Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found your property referenced above to be in
violation of the City of Atlantic Beach, Code of Ordinances,to wit:
VIOLATION(S)
IPMC Sec. 302.7 Accessory structures. All accessory structures, including detached garages, fences and
walls, shall be maintained structurally sound and in good repair.
IPMC Sec. 304.15 Doors. All exterior doors, door assemblies, operator systems if provided, and
hardware shall be maintained in good condition. Locks at all entrances to dwelling units and sleeping
units shall tightly secure the door. Locks on means of egress doors shall be in accordance with Section
702.3.
IPMC Sec. 304.6 Exterior walls. All exterior walls shall be free from holes, breaks, and loose or rotting
materials; and maintained weatherproof and properly surface coated where required to prevent
deterioration.
IPMC 302.4 Weeds. All premises and exterior property shall be maintained free from weeds or plant
growth in excess of twelve(12)inches. All noxious weeds shall be prohibited. Weeds shall be defined as
all grasses, annual plants and vegetation, other than trees or shrubs provided; however,this term shall
not include cultivated flowers and gardens.
This letter requests that the noted violation(s) be corrected by replacing rotted siding, rotted
garage door, repairing or removing dilapidated wood fencing and mowing back yard within thirty
(30) days of the receipt of this notice.
To avoid having this case be referred to the Code Enforcement Board, all listed violations on this notice
must be in compliance on or before the date established by Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement. The p �'
Board may impose fines up to two hundred fifty ($250.00) per day for continuing violations. Upon . c,,

Atlantic Beach,FL 32233 and legally described as:
Lot Nineteen (19), Block Four (4), SEASPRAY, according to plat
recorded in Plat Book 35, pages 64 and 64A, of the current public
records of Duval County,Florida.

3. SHIRLEY R. BISBING died on August 21,2007,in the County of Duval,State of
Florida,as evidenced by the Certificate of Death recorded prior to this affidavit.
4. WILLIAM E. BISBING and SHIRLEY R. BISBING were lawfully married to
each other prior to the acquisition of title as aforesaid,and they remained married to each other,
without an intervening divorce,up to the time of the demise of SHIRLEY R. BISBING.
5. At the time of her death,SHIRLEY R.BISBING was a resident of Duval County,
Florida.
