I met with your neighbor today about the trash in the back yard. He told me verbally that he would clean it up later this
afternoon.
Unfortunately, I am not legally allowed to peer over a privacy fence to see the backyard so I am not able to go back over
there to verify whether or not he actually did as he promised.

Residents at 1110 Scheidel ct.harboring garbage in front and back yard. Dog has been put out back with the
garbage and chewed the garbage all over the yard. The dog constantly whines for over 30mins like he's hungry.
This garbage has been like this for over two months now. Causing all kinds of rodents to my home. I constantly
have to pick up their yard debris. The smell of the yard garbage is horrible. Also there's a cable running from
the phone box in my front yard to their home that needs to be taken care of this has been like that for over 2yrs
now. I complained before about it but nothing was done about it. I also submitted a formal complaint via the
code enforcement portal. If you could assist the community in resolving this issue it would be greatly
appreciated.
