The City of Jacksonville has approved an Interlocal Agreement which delegates responsibilities for zoning compliance, pernutting, plan review, construction inspections, review and final issuance of certificate of occupancy to Atlantic Beach. IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual covenants contained herein and ..for .other good and valuable consideration, the legal sufficiency of which is acknowledged by the parties, the parties agree as follows: 1.
