Dear Property Owner,
Please be advised,Atlantic Beach Code Enforcement has found your property referenced above to be in
violation of the City of Atlantic Beach Code of Ordinances:
1. Nuisance-Conditions-Sec. 12-1. Nuisances(a) It shall be unlawful for any person or business, to do,perform,
have, allow,suffer or permit any act, occurrence or condition within the city which constitutes a dangerous,
unsafe, dilapidated or unsanitary condition, which may be injurious to the health and well being of the
community.
ACTION REQUIRED WITHIN ten (10) DAYS OF THE RECEIPT OF THIS NOTICE: Please remove the large dead
pine tree located in the front right side of the property. Tree is a threat to passing pedestrians and
vehicles.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter. Failure to correct the violation(s) by the required date may
result in this case being referred to the Code Enforcement Board resulting in fines up to two-hundred fifty
($250.00) per day. Upon completion of action required it is your responsibility to contact me and arrange for
an inspection to verify compliance. If you have any questions contact Code Enforcement at 904-247-5855.

Good Afternoon Mr.Toke,
I made an attempt to reach you by mail but our letter was returned as no deliverable. I stopped by the jobsite and
spoke with one of your contractors regarding the large dead pine tree in your front yard. He said he mentioned it to you
but said you did not say for sure if you were going to remove the tree. There is a concern from some of your neighbors
that the tree could fall and strike a child or someone in the roadway. Attached is a copy of the notice that was mailed to
you asking you to remove the dead tree. Please let me know when this has been scheduled.
