The installation of the system will take place after landscaping is complete and before calling in for the

Nader's Pest Raiders will offer a repair and retreatment warranty that will go in effect immediately and
will need to be renewed annually one year from the install date.
This agreement confirms the installation, maintenance and monitoring of an
approved registered bait system used for subterranean termite prevention in
accordance and compliance with the requirements of Florida Statutes 482.
