of-way for construction parking.
Provide drainage plans showing site topography(flow arrows,etc.).
Provide erosion and sediment control plans with installation details.
Provide impervious surface calculations for entire lot(existing and post construction).
Section 24-66(6)of the Land Development Regulations requires on-site storage for increased runroff if adding 400 SF or more impervious surface.
Provide Delta volume calculations and on-site retention required per Section 24-66(b).
All runoff most remain on-site. Cannot raise lot elevation.
