2. Hartson & Valda Hector: Shed in non-compliance with order of 17 September 2003. Recommend fine of $250.00 a day
be instituted per order and that a lien be placed against the property of 387 Skate Rd for the total assessment plus costs
incurred for the filing of the lien. The lien amounts are to be made payable with an interest rate of ten (10) percent per
annum from the date of certification until paid.

This is to confirm that on November 12, 2003 the City Of Atlantic Beach's Code
Enforcement Board heard your appeal seeking relief from the fine of $3750.00
previously imposed by the Board on October 15, 2003. The aforementioned fine was
imposed per the Order and Findings of Fact from the hearing of September 17, 2003,
'Case# 1331-02, whereas you failed to bring your property into compliance by October
1, 2003, per the Board's Order.
It was the unanimous decision of the Board that relief be granted pending the proper
removal and disposal of the demolition debris found on your property by December 1,
2003. Failure to comply will result in the immediate implementation of the fine, no
additional requests for extensions or appeals will be considered.
