Nee, 578 Royal Palms Drive, Atlantic Beach, FL, 1 CHAPTER 4, SEC 4-30 (b) (5) FAILURE TO PAY ANIMAL CONTROL FINE IN SPECIFIED AMOUNT OF TIME. Code Enforcement Officer Sherrer recommended Mr. Nee be found guilty for non- compliance and that the fine of $265.00 should be paid by May 14, 2004 and that a fine of $50.00 a day be imposed for every day after that. It was also recommended that Mr. Nee be assessed the full administrative cost of $288.80 and if payment was not made within 15 days that a lien be placed on the property. After some discussion Board Member Mann made a motion that Mr. Nee be found guilty of non-compliance and be given until 6/12/04 to pay a total of $265.00 with no administrative cost. The motion was seconded by Board Member Russell. An amended motion was made by Board Member Hurd, seconded by Board Member Russell, and was unanimously carried to collect a payment of $120.00 by 5/14/04 and the remaining balance of $145.00 be paid by 6/7/04. Case No. 154-04: Ms. Latasha Hobbs, 330 Sargo Road, Atlantic Beach, FL CHAPTER 4, SEC 4-30 (b) (5) FAILURE TO PAY ANIMAL CONTROL FINE IN SPECIFIED AMOUNT OF TIME.
