UNION NEGOTIATION MEETING
OCTOBER 20, 2011
The negotiation meeting was called to order at 10:05 A.M. Those in attendance were:
City: George Foster, Chief Negotiator (Human Resource Manager)
Union: Dale Hatfield, Sergeant, Local Union Representative
1. The City and Union discussed the City's pay proposal of a lump sum bonus along with the
City withdrawing other items. The union concurred with this recommendation and the
meeting was adjourned.
2. The status of all items is contained within the attached table.
3. Adjournment. The meeting adjourned at 10:30 a.m.
