AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 134
BEING AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE
REGULATING THE HOURS OF SALE OF ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE TOWN COUNCIL OF
THE TOVJN .OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION -1. That Ordinance No. 134 Entitled An Ordinance
Regulating The Hours Of Sale Of Alcoholic Beverages be
and the same is hereby amended by striking therefrom
the words and fiz,-Ires 112 O'clock A.Ni." wherever the
same appears in said Ordinance Nvo. 134 and inserting
in lieu thereof "4 O'clock
SECTION 2. In all other respects said Ordinance
o. 131.E shall remain in full force and effect.
