An Ordinance vacating and abandoning all
that part of the street in the Town of
Atlantic Beach, Florida, shown and designated
as 12th Street on Plat recorded in Plat Book
5, page 69, current public records of Duval
County, Florida, which lies Nest of the west
line of that certain street in said Town known
as East Coast Drive, as now located and established
Be It Ordained by the Mayor and Town Council of the
Town of Atlantic Beach, Florida:
WHEREAS, that certain street in said Town shown and
designated as 12th Street on plat recorded in Plat Book 5,
page 69, current public records of Duval County, Florida,
and the area adjacent and contiguous thereto which lies Tfyest
of the west line of that certain street in said Town known
and designated as East Coast Drive, as now located and es-
tablished,has been re -platted by plat designated as Selva
1`_arina, which said plat has heretofore been accepted and
approved by this Council, and is now recorded in Plat Book 23,
page 4 of said records;

THEREFORE:
Section 1. All that part of said 12th Street as shown and
designated on said plat recorded in Plat Book 5, page 69 of
said records,which lies westerly of the Voest line of said
street known and designated as East Coast Drive, as now located
and established, be and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned,
and the said Town does hereby release and relinquish all right,
title and interest in and to said part of said 12th street, as
shown on said Plat Book 5, page 69 as aforesaid.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immed-
iately upon the passage its approval by the Mayor.
