AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0, 99,ENTITLED it AN
ORDINANCE A14ENDING ORDINANCE NO.50, entitled t An Ordinance
providing for the Zoning of the Town of Atlantic Beach,
Duval County, Florida$ It
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL OF TH5; TOWN
OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That Ordinance No, 99, being an Ordinance en—
titled " AN Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 501' be and the
same is hereby amended so that the territory of the said
Town of Atlantic Beach, Florida, lying north of Atlantic
Boulevard and on either side of Mayport Road for a uniform
depth of 350 feet of the side lines of the right -.of --way of
said Mayport Road from Atlantic Boulevard to the Town Limits,
shall be and the same is hereby designated as Business "B"
District, within the meaning and subject to the general pro—
visions of Business "B" Districts, as provided by said Ordi—
nance No. 50,as heretofore amended.
Section 2: All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in con—
flict herewith are to the extent of such conflict hereby
repealed.
