WHE-1W,AS the iiayor and Town Council of the Town of Atlantic
Beach did hold a public he_,ring at 8 otclock P.M., December 9, 1952
on the pro_,osal to amend Ordinance No. 50, commonly known as the
Zoning Ordinance, after having given twenty-one days notice of the
time and place of said hearing, on said proposal, by publishing the
same, in the manner required by Chapter 196$$, Lawes of Florida,
Special Acts of 1939, now therefore,

SECTIW 1. That the territory of the Town of Atlantic
Beach described as follows:
Lot 10, Mock 43, Plat Book 6, Page 1, of
the current public records of Duval Count T,
Florida,
is hereby designated as a Residence 6 District, within the meaning
of Residence'B Districts, as provided by said Ordinance iso. 50 of
the Town of Atlantic i3ea ch, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed.
