AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE NAM OF THOSE CERTAIN
STREETS IN THE TOWN OF ATLANTIC BEACH* FLORIDA
KNOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE PLAT OF SELVA MARINA,
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 4, CURRENT PUBLIC
RECORDS OF DUVAL COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS WEST LANE AND
EAST LATAE TO SELVA MARINA CIRCLE: AND TO DESIGNATE
THAT CEzdAIN STREET IN SAID TOWN KNOWN AS COUNTY
ROAD NO. 667 AS SEMINOLE ROAD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND TOWN CCU NCIL OF TBE
TOWN OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLMRIDA:
Section 1. That the name of those certain streets in
said Town known and designated on the plat of jelva iviarina,
recorded in Plat Book 23, Page 4, current public records of
Duval County, Florida, as West Lane and East Lane, be and the
same are hereby changed to Selva Marina Circle, by which name
the said Street shall be hereafter known; and that,
Section 2. That certain street in the said,Town known
as County Road No. 667 from Sherry Drive to the north limits
of said Town is hereby named and designated as Seminole Road,
by which name the said 6treet shall be hereafter known.
Passed.by the Town Council on first reading on November 30, 1954.
Passed by the Town Council on second reading on November 30, 1954.
Passed by the Town Council on third and final reading on December
14, 1954, and certified to the Mayor on December 15, 1954.
