AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 147,
Entitled "An Ordinance requiring that upon
the issuance of any permit for construction
or improvement of property in the Town of At-
lantic Beach, there shall be deoosited with
the Town the sum of $50.00 to secure and
indemnify the Town against damage to public
property arising out of the work done in or
about said construction or improvement."
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Town Council of the
Town of Atlantic Leach, Florida:
Ordinance No. 147 of the Town of Atlantic Beach,Florida,
being an ordinance entitled: "An Ordinance requiring that upon
the issuance of any permit for construction or improvement of
property in the Town of Atlantic Beach, there shall be deposited
with the Town the sum of 450.00 to secure and indemnify the
Town a.gainst damage to public property arising out of the work
done in or about said construction or improvement", be and the
same is hereby repealed.

Passed by the Town Council on second reading
1956;
Passed by the Town Council on third and final reading,
and certified to the mayor, on July rG'd 1956.
