AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 50, ENTITLED
AN ORDINANCE Providing for the Zoning of the Town of
Atlantic Beach, Duval County, Florida, Under and Pursuant
to Chapter 196A$ of the Laws of Florida, Special Acts of
1949, Entitled 'AN .QCT Authorizing the Town of Atlantic
Beach, Florida, to Provide For, and Prescribe Zoning
Regulations; and Repealing Chapter 16313, Laws of Florida,
Special Acts of 1933, Entitled 'AN ACT to Provide and
Authorize the Town of Atlantic Beach, Duval County, Florida,
to Provide and Prescribe Zoning Regulations".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TON OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 50, being an Ordinance
entitled:
AN ORDINANCE Providing for the Zoning of the Town
of Atlantic Beach, Duval County, Florida, Under and
Pursuant to Chapter 19688 of the Laws of Florida,
Special Acts of 1949, Entitled 'Ail ACT Authorizing
the Town of Atlantic Beach, Florida, to Provide For,
and Prescribe Zoning Regulations; and Repealing
Chapter 16313, Laws of Florida, Special Acts of 1933,
Entitled 'AN ACT to Provide and Authorize the Town
of Atlantic Beach, Duval County, Florida, to Pro-
vide and Prescribe Zoning Regulations",
be and the same is hereby amended so that the territory of
said Town of Atlantic Beach, described as:
Lots Forty (40) and Forty-one (41), ATLANTIC
BEACH TERRACE, according to plat thereof re-
corded in Plat Book 15, page 34 of the current
public records of Duval County, Florida,
shall be and is hereby designated as a Residence "B" District,
within the meaning and subject to the general provisions of
Residence "B" Districts, as provided by said Ordinance No. 50,
as heretofore amended.
Section 2. All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in
conflict herewith are to the extent of such conflict hereby
repealed.
