An Ordinance restricting the location wherein
a vendor of alcoholic beverages shall be per-
mitted to conduct his place of business and
prohibiting the granting of a license to such
vendor to conduct and proibiting the conduct
of such a business in any location except as
permitted herein.
Be it Ordained by the 1ayor and Town Council of the
Town of Atlantic Beach, Florida:
1. No vendor of alcoholic beverages (except vendors
of beverages containing alcohol of not more than 3.2 per cent.
by weight,and except the vendors of beverages containing
alcohol of not more than 14 per cent. by weight,and wines
regardless of alcoholic content, gr
p ) shall be permitted to conduct his place of
business in any location within the limits of said Town of
Atlantic i3each, Florida, except the following:
a) The territory commonly known and designated as
the hotel reservation",
b) All premises located and fronting on Atlantic
Boulevard (including the premises now known and operated
under the trade name "Sea Turtle") and lying East of Ocean
BoulevarO or ;;est of Pine Street in said Town.
2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon
its passage and approval by the Mayor, or upon its becoming
effective without the Mayor's approval.
