AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 501 ENTITLED "AN
ORDINANCE Providing for the Zoning of the Town of Atlantic Beach,
Duval County, Florida, Under and Pursuant to Chapter 196$$ of
the Laws of Florida, Special Acts of 1939 Entitled 'AN ACT
Authorizing the Town of Atlantic Beach, Fiorida, to Provide For,
and Prescribe Zoning Regulations; and Repealing Chapter 16113,
Laws of Florida, Special Acts of 1933, Entitled 'AN ACT to Provide
and Authorize the Town of Atlantic Beach, Duval County, Florida,
to Provide and Prescribe Zoning Regulations".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Ordinance No -50, being an Ordinance entitled:
AN ORDINANCE Providing for the Zoning of the Town
of Atlantic Beach, Duval County, Florida, Under and
Pursuant to Chapter 196$$ of the Laws of Florida,
Special Acts of 1939, Entitled 'AN ACT Authorizing
the Town of Atlantic Beach, Florida, to Provide For,
and Prescribe Zoning Regulations; and Repealing
Chapter 16313, Laws of Florida, Special Acts of 1933,
Entitled 'AN ACT to Provide and Authorize the Town
of Atlantic Beach, Duval County, Florida, to Provide
and Prescribe Zoning Regulations",
be and the same is hereby amended so that the territory of said
Town of Atlantic Beach, described as:
Lots 5 and 6, Block 6, Unit 2, Atlantic Beach Parkway
and Lots 1 through 6, Block 7, Unit 2, Atlantic Beach
Parkway as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page $3; Lot 17,
Block 1, Selva Marina, as recorded in Plat Book 23,
Page 4; the small unplatted triangle lying North of
Block 1 Selva i,iarina; Lots 41 42,43,44,45,46,52,47,
4$,49 56,51, Saltair, Section 2, as recorded in Plat
Book i0, Page 15; and Lots 67,6$,69 Saltair, Section 3,
as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 1, of the current
public records of Duval County, Florida,
shall be and is hereby designated as a Residence "B" District,
within the meaning and subject to the general provisions of
Residence "B" Districts, as provided by said Ordinance No.501
as heretofore amended.
Section 2. All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in
conflict herewith are to the extent of such conflict hereby
repealed.
