ORDINANCE providing for the Zoning of the Town of Atlantic Beach,
Duval CountjrFlorida Under and Pursuant to Chapter 196$$ of the
Laws of Florida, Special Acts of 1939, Entitled tAN ACT AUTHORIZING
the Town of Atlantic Beach, ilorida, to Provide For, and Prescribe
Zoning Regulations; and Repealing Chapter 163139 Laws of Florida,
Special Acts of 1933, Entitled tAN Act to Provide the Town of
Atlantic Beach, Duval County, Florida, to Provide and Prescribe
Zoning Regulations".
WHEREAS the i'Iayor and Town Council of the Town of atlantic
Beach did hold a public hearing at 8 otclock P.hi., March 10, 1952
on the proposal to amend Ordinance No.r,O, commonly* known as the
Zoning Ordinance, after having given twenty-one days notice of the
time and place of said hearing, on said proposal, by publishing the
same, in the manner required by Chapter 196$$, Laws of Florida,
Special Acts of 1939, now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE I,-IAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF ATLANTIC BEACH,
SECTION I. That the territory of the Town of Atlantic
Beach described as follows:
Lots 1 and 3, Block 12; Lots 1,2 3,4,5 and 6,
Block 13; Lots 2,4,and 6, Block i4, Atlantic
Beach, Plat Book 5, Page 69; All of Atlantic
Beach Parkway, Unit No.23 Plat Book 15, Page
83; All of Selva Marina, Plat Book 23, Page 4,
of the current public records of Duval County,
Florida,
is hereby designated as a Residence A District, within the meaning
of Residence A Districts, as provided by said Ordinance No -50 of
the Town of Atlantic Beach, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That the territory of the Town of Atlantic
Beach described as follows:
Lots 92,93,94,95,140,141,1.42,11x3,144 and 151,
Saltair, Section 2, Plat Book 101 Page 15, of
the current public records of Duval County,
Florida,
is hereby designated as a Residence B District, within the meaning
of Residence
