ATLANTIC BEACH, DUVAL COUNTY, FLORIDA: AND

OF ANY SUCH FEE: AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES
AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH."
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE i,fAYOR AND TOVtTN COUNCIL OF
THE TO1,411 OF ATLANTIC BEACH, DUVhL COUNTY, FLORIDh:
Section 1: That sub paragraph 1, 2, and 3 of
Section 2 of said Ordinance No. 155 being an Ordinance
Entitled:
AN ORDINANCE FIXING, IMPOSING, AND LEVYING A
REASONABLE GARBAGE COLLECTION FEE UPON EVERY
OWNER) LESSEE, PERMITTEE, OR AGENT IN CHARGE
OF ANY PROPERTY, SERVICED BY THE GARBAGE
COLLECTION FORCE OF THE TOWN OF ATLANTIC BEACH,
DUVAL COUNTY, FLORIDA: AND PRESCRIBING CIVIL
RE111EDIES FOYL THE DELIDIQUENCY OF ANY SUCH FEF,;
AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH."
BE AND THE Siii iE IS HEREBY AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS:
1. A Residence A Unit is a single residence unit
occupied and the place of abode of a single family.
2. A Residence B Unit shall consist of not more
than three (3) living units situated on one (1) plot and
occupied by and the place of abode of more than one (1)
but not more than three (3) families.
3. A Residence C Unit shall consist of not more than
fen (10) living units located on one (1) plot occupied by
and the place of abode of as many as four (L) but not more
than ten (10) families.
Section 2; Except as herein above amended and
provided all provisions of said Ordinance No. 155 shall
remain in full force and effect.
