ORDINANCE NO. -
An Ordinance vacating and abandoning all
that part of the street in the Town of
Atlantic Beach, Florida, shown and desig-
nated as Park Avenue on the plat of Section
3, S altair, recorded in Plat Book 10, page
16 of the current public records of Duval
County, Florida, which lies easterly of the
prolongation northerly of the west line of
the lot designated as Lot 737 on said plat,
and westerly of the ,,Nest line of the street
designated on said plat as Sherry Drive as
now located and established
Be It Ordained by the Mayor and Town Council of the
Town of Atlantic Beach, Florida:
Section 1. All that part of the street in the Town
now known as David St. but UV- L'Y'i
of Atlantic Beach, Florida,/shown anddesignated as Park Ave-
nue on the plat of Section 3, Saltair, recorded in Plat Book
10, page lb of the current public records of Duval County,
Florida, which lies easterly of theprolongation northerly
of the west line of the lot designated as Lot 737 on said plat,
and westerly of the West line of the Street designated on
said plat as Sherry Drive as now located and established,
be and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned and the said
town does hereby release and relinquish all right, title and
interest in and to said part of said street.
