164ORDINANCE N0.T AN ORDINANCE REGULATING HOURS FOR THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC AND INTOXICATING BEVERAGES IN THE TOj'N OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA, AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE IT ORDAINED By the Mayor and Town Council of the Town of Atlantic Beach, Florida: Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, firm or firms, corporation or corporations, licensed to sell alcoholic beverages, intoxicating liquors, wines or beer in the Toivn of Atlantic Beach, Florida, to sell, offer for sale, serve, give away, dispense or dispose of, alcoholic beverages, intoxicating liquors, wines or beer, or to permit the same to be consumed upon his, its or their premises, bet veen the hours of 12.01 o' clock A. iv_. and 1 o'clock P. 141. on Sundays, and 12.01 o'clock A. ili. and 7 o'clock A. ai. on all other days, and the nremises in which said alcoholic beverages, intoxicating liquors,and wines or beer are kept, except where such premises are also used as a grocery store, market, or for the sale and the serving of prepared foods for consumption thereon, shall be and remain securely closed during such hours, and no person shall be permitted therein during such hours for any purpose whatsoever except to clean up said premises. Section 2. Any person, firm, association,or in the case of a corporation the officers or agents thereof, violating any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall upon conviction be punished by fine not exceeding $5-06= or by imprisonment not exceeding 3 d days. Section 3. Allordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immed- iately upon its passage and approval by the :Mayor, or its becoming law without such approval.
