190ORDINANCE NO. 190
AN ORDINANCE Prohibiting the sale, serving,
dispensing or delivery of alcoholic beverages
at any place outside of the building or
structure occupied by the vendor of such
beverages as his place of business within
any Business A Zone.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Town Council of the
Town of Atlantic Beach:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any vendor of
alchoholic beverages, as defined in Chapter 561, Florida Statutes,
whose place of business is situated in a Business A Zone as
defined by Ordinance Number 50, as amended, to sell, serve,
dispense or deliver any such beverage to any person at any
place outside of the building or structure occupied by such
vendor as his establishment or place of business.
Section 2. It shall be unlawful for any vendor of
alcoholic beverages, as defined in Chapter 561 Florida Statutes,
whose place of business is situated in a Business A Zone as
defined by Ordinance Number 50, as amended, to maintain or
operate in connection with his place of business a facility
commonly known as a drive-in, for the sale, dispensing, serving
or delivery of such beverages.
Section 3. Any person, firm or corporation violating
any provision of this ordinance, shall upon conviction thereof
be punished by fine of not more than $100.00, or imprisonment
of not more than 30 days, or by both such fine and imprison-
ment, in the discretion of the Court.
