AN ORDINA14CE Providing for the Conveyance by the
Town of Atlantic Beach, Florida, of that certain
parcel of land hereinafter aid in Deed recorded in
Deed Book 798, page 359, current public records
of Duval County, Florida (subject however, tothat
certain public Dedication contained in Deed
recorded in Deed Book 1761, page 105 of said records)
to R -C -B -S Corporation, a corporation, in exchange
for a conveyance by said corporation to said Town
of that certain parcel of land as hereinafter described
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE t,iAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TO -.,N OF ATLANTIC BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the offer of R -C -B -S Cornoration, a corporation,
to convey by proper deed to said Town that certain parcel of
land situate in said Town of Atlantic Beach, Duval County,
Florida, hereinafter particularly described, in exchange for
and in consideration of a conveyance from said Town of that
certain parcel of land in said Town and County, hereinafter
and in Deed Book 795, page 359 of said records described, be
and the same is hereby accepted, and that the I,ayor and Town
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to exe-
cute and deliver to said R -C -B -S Corporation, on behalf of
the Town proper deed (without warranty) conveying to said Cor-
noration,subject however, to that certain public dedication
contained in deed recorded in Deed Book 1761, pagel05 of said
records, that certain parcel of land described in Deed Book
795, page 359 of said records of said County, to -wit:
All that certain Lot, niece or parcel of land situ-
ate in Duval County, State of Florida, being a part
of Government Lot 3, Sectionl6, and a part of Govern-
ment Lot 5, Section 17, Township 2 South, Range 29
East, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the North side of the
Westerly extension of Eleventh Street a5said Street
is shown on a Map recorded in Plat Book 5, page 69
of the Current Public Records of Duval County, Florida,
said point being 600 feet Westerly from the Southwest
corner of Lot 50, Block 14, as shown on said recorded
Map; thence running Northerly at right angles to the
North side of said Westerly extension 300 Feet; thence
running Westerly parallel with the North side of said
Westerly extension 200 feet; thence running Southerly
parallel with said first mentioned boundary 300 Peet
to a point in the North side of said Westerly extension;
thence running Easterly along the North side of said
vVesterly extension 200 feet to the point of elate of beginning;
upon delivery by it for said Town of proper deed of conveyance
conveying to said Town that certain parcel of land situate in
said Town and County particularly described as follows:
For a point of beginning commence at a point in
the 1,esterly extension of the center line of 11th
Street, as shown on i ap of Atlantic Beach, according
to plat Pecorded in Plat Book 5, page 69 of the
current public records of said Duval County, distant
950 feet Westerly from the Westerly right-of-way
line of County Road 667 as described in Deed recorded
in Deed Book 790, nage 248 of said records; run
thence 30 feet Northerly at right angles to said
extended center line to point of beginning. From
said point of beginning run Northerly in the wester-
ly line or that certain tract of land described in
Deed recorded in Deed Book 1T61, page 104 of said
recoras, 290 feet to a point; run thence Westerly
and parallel to said extended center line 200 feet
to a point; run thence Southerly parallel to said
esterlir line of said land described in said deed
recorded in said Deed Book 1'161, page 104, 290 feet
to a point; run thence Easterly and parallel to
said extended center line 200 feet to point of
beginning.
Said deed to be rade to said Town may contain a like
provision as contained in said deed recorded in said Deed Book
798, page 389 of said records, limiting the use of the lands
so conveyed to municipal purposes.
