1. The permit application is missing information. 1) Legal Description. 2) RE#. 3) State Certification/Registration #. 4) Michael Holmes needs to have his
Architectural License # attached, or his name removed from the application.
2. The duct lay out plan is too small to read. Please expand the print out even to a larger paper size and include the flex duct size. This should match the
energy calcs for the manual D. 2 Copies please.
3. Florida product approval numbers ending in R value numbers will not be acceptable. The numbers shall have the decimal number that follows the
main number. For instance the FL#15225-R4 has 6 different styles/models of doors, 15225.1 through 15225.6, underneath that number. Get with your
supplier and resubmit the exact number for all of your FL#s that have R values. 2 copies.
4. The Engineer of Record for the building shall sign off on the engineered truss packages. 2 needed. You may retrieve the ones submitted or produce
new ones.
5. EOR shall call out on structural plans the truss to wall plate tie-down item needed on the wall section drawings on page A-7. Correct and submit 2
pages.
6. Submit roof framing plan that shows any special strapping requirements other than that requested on item #5. 2 copies.
7. Submit wall framing plan. Show header sizes and their lumber components, king and jack requirements, special beams, lvls, placement of gable end
braces where required. Also show location of any special hold downs to attach framing to slab, calling out the name and number of item. 2 copies.
