We are a small community located off of Fransic street..we have one resident that has accumulated so much
stuff out and in her home..we have In the past..contacted code enforcement..they come out give her a
warning..now this situation is out of control..she now has things in her driveway..we are concerned for the
entire community..we have contacted Beaches habitat..in order to see if we can get some help..I'm not upset
with her..but one thing I realize is that something is wrong with this person, to think it's ok to accumulate so
many things..and not to worry about how it can become a hazard..please if you a way that you can help..please
let know..we are desperate..her address 1848 Forsyth court..in Atlantic bch..

warning and then no further action is taken..now.its getting out of
hand..the trash piles up the garbage,..yard waste in the backyard..has
created mosquito, snakes and rodents..this person now has her driveway
packed with things..we have an HOA..BUT LIVING AMONGST
PEOPLE WHO AREN';T DOING RIGHT THEMSELVES ON THE
BOARD ITS HARD TO MAKE OTHERS COMPLY..We have taken
pictures we have contacted Beaches Habitat to some how address this
issue..we are concerned because it is a fire hazard to this entire
community..
