original report you send? – That information will still have to be
requested through a records request.
Owner’s names would be great, too. – That information is available on
the Duval County Property Appraiser’s site. If you want COAB to provide
that information, it will have to be through a records request (your
usual process of emailing what information you request suffices as a
records request.)
