Jennifer is running a list of permits that typically have dumpsters:
All Commercial, Residential, Residential Addition, and Residential
Other.
There are not that many and the ABCC has a lot of them concentrated in
one place.
I think two teams will do; three max.
We will use our contract inspector all day Thursday to free up Rick,
for one team, and Mike and I can team up (each of us part time) to be a
second person on another team.
Is that enough for the BD?
I will print out ten copies of the attached documents for each team.

Subject: Construction Dumpsters
I want to do a sweep of the City this week and inspect the dumpsters at
construction sites. We will be looking for dumpster companies that have
not paid the franchise fee.
I envision 3-4 teams of two going out various permitted sites in the
City and enforcing the ordinance. We will need a list from the Building
Department to direct us. Thursday would be a good day for action.
