Thank you! How about 4pm? I was thinking that we could be your last

Mrs. Langer
Let me know what time that you would like to meet and I will try to
meet your schedule. I pulled the pictures of the walkway before the
project started and the sidewalk is a lot more damaged then before. This
is one of the things that I check on a CO inspection.
My drainage project will most likely not happen this year due to the
budget expense. I put aside $400K for this project and we are being told
that it will double that amount. This being said, we will have to go
back and try to get more money added to this project for next year.
Let me know what time works for you

Hi Scott,
I just tried to call but left a message with the operator. I wanted to
speak with you about the sidewalks in front of my house and the demand
being made that they be replaced before a CO can be approved for when we
are ready. The concern I have is I had made an inquiry in 2016 regarding
the condition of them and the sewer project that was supposed to happen,
as well as photos of their condition before the work was done on the
house. It is understandable that any city property damaged due to
negligence be addressed, but I wanted to review the sidewalks with you
myself because I may have misunderstood what you communicated. Is there
a time you are available Friday, 3/22 that we can meet? I'd like to come
to an understanding now and how this plays into the sewer project that
was to be completed by the city some time ago.
Thank you,
Jenn Lagner
