Hi Dale,
Thank you for requesting this meeting; the purpose of my request is
because there may be a misunderstanding. I am confused by the addition
of an 800 cubic square foot dry pond in the backyard that was not part
of the permitted plans. The water issue that existed previously was
due to the house behind ours on Belvedere. Since they fixed their
drainage issue, we have not had any issue with water in our yard or our
neighbors' yards. Please note we also never had a water issue on the
sides of the house.
I have added others to this meeting request so that we can all be on
the same page. Prefer Monday or Tuesday so we can continue to make
progress.
