The agenda for that workshop included a report from our water/sewer rate consultants and the discussion of the bike paths. We have been advised that the rate work for the water and sewer recommendations has not yet been completed and should be rescheduled for a later date. Because the bike path discussion is not expected to take that much time, it will be rescheduled to 10/28 with other items. A special meeting and a workshop are both being scheduled prior to the regular meeting on Monday night, October 28~'. The order of items and expected times for these are as follows: - Special Commission Meeting; to discuss impasse in negotiations with the Police Union S:15pm -Commission Work Session Following Special Meeting 1.
